The book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie was given by my father there years ago in one of my dad's birthday when he was still alive. However, the strategies and ideas contained in the book are so fascinating until now, its practical application in my life helped me in countless ways. It is a real jewel in the category of self-improvement. I suggest those of you readers who have not read it yet, you can get a hold of it and have an impressive reading. There is much to learn from this book.

About the Book

The book was written primarily to treat the answers to such questions as long curious, how to understand and live with the people; how to make people like you; and how to win others to your way of thinking. Of course, there are additional principles to seize this book, like, avoiding arguments when an argument tends to emerge, showing respect for the views of others, try honestly to see things from the perspective of the other person and much more. However, the simple ideas of the book, as giving honest and sincere appreciation to the people who interact with, not criticize or complain, smile, be a good listener and make the other person feel important are the values essential not sales staff as business and but also an architect, engineer or even a housewife (and no matter!) can benefit. These principles are only a small part of what really understands the book.
